What is Provincial Government?
Provincial government is the government in charge of Alberta. Alison Redford is in charge because she is our premier. They also provide us with many services like seniors facilities, parks, health services and much more.
How is Provincial Government elected?
When a provincial government election is about to happen there are lots of provincial elections signs saying the candidates name and usually the political party they're from. There are also candidates that don't represent a party. Then citizens of a constituency vote for the person they wan't to represent them. Provincial elections happen every four years or sooner if a premier steps down or an advisory committee says something to the council.
